TX Trip

Just to give you an idea of how crazy our trip to TX was... Morgan met so many people and everyone wanted to love on her... as you can see below. We made our first trip to TX with Morgan (on the way there, 11 hrs of driving, 8 hrs of Morgan awake; on the way back, 11 hrs of driving, 8 hrs of Morgan sleeping). It was so good to see family and friends and to see and be a part of one of my best friend's wedding; Carrie McCarver now Carrie Burrows. Enjoy the pics and sorry it has been such a long time since we've posted. (by the way, it rained nearly everyday we were there).
Rain, rain go away... come again another day..(I'm ready for the TX sun)
What's a TX trip without a longhorn?

Too Much Time...

Well, as you can see, I have too much time on my hands today! I actaully returned back to work this week and have been somewhat busy up until today. Although, it is really easy to do nothing with your time (sometimes). So as by many requests, here are some updated pics of Morgan. Enjoy!
Hanging out on the couch in her summer attire
A little smerk.. must been working on some business in the pants!
Morgan discovered her left arm and that she can move her hands on her own

I did it!!!

Well, I did it! I graduated with my Master's of Science in Counseling this past Saturday May 5th. It was a really neat expereince because I got hooded by my professors (hood= the superman looking cape thing that goes over your head and around your neck and hangs in the back; different colors represent different schools; I had to explain it to my parents who weren't sure what a hood was). I wasn't going to walk at first, but Randall thought I should and now I'm glad I did. Although it was much different then our HPU graduation because I only knew a handful of graduates, it was still very special and a big accomplishment. About a job... well, I am still employed at the mental health center, working with children and teens but still on "maternity leave" and am looking to go back part time during the summer and also work with Randall's cousin in her private practice, who's business is still building up and being a full time mom and wife.. life never stops!
