Those of you who know me know that I play the bass, well in a recent turn of events, our church got broke into this past Saturday night and my guitar was stolen!!! Yes, the same guitar that I bought with my own money when I was in the 8th grade. My first guitar, the one I learned all my mad skillz on. (well maybe not mad, but some skills yes) So now every time I come to work I feel violated and some what paranoid about leaving anything outside of my office not locked up when I'm not here. I know somewhere in all this there is a lesson about earthly possessions, but it's just my guitar had some pretty significant sentimental value to me. Oh, well guess I better just get over it and think it could have been worse. They could have vandalized the church, stolen, both my acoustic and electric guitars and many other things, but they didn't. On the bright side I will get a new bass, it won't be the same, but it will be new and think of the story I have to tell about how I got it!!
So I know that my wife would have never let me put this up here, but I think that she is a beautiful pregnant woman!! We, well not really but you know what I mean , have only about 7 weeks left until the due date, which has recently been pushed back by almost 2 weeks. In the picture Liz probably still has around 9 to 10 weeks left, so now the baby has grown a bit more and so has the tummy:-) I just thought everybody who didn't get to see her at Christmas time would like the pic.
