We had our first family member fly from the States to visit us last week! Randall's Grandfather, Great Paw Paw came and spent some time with us during our week off from classes and we showed him as much as we could and kept him busy. Despite the jet lag and the 100 degree weather in March, we think he enjoyed his time with us...
The last time Morgan & Micah saw Paw Paw was almost 1 year ago and so many changes since then...
Micah and his Great Paw Paw bonded over the week and we think both of them were sad to say goodbye...
Caught em! Great Paw Paw gave Micah his first sip of sprite!
Of course we had to go to a park while Great Paw Paw was here visiting and Randall decided he wouldn't make Paw Paw slide down the slide with the kids, so instead he did.. but no complaining from his part (he had just as much fun as the kids!)
We then visited one of the largest mountains in the gulf (it was really bright that day)
At the bottom of the mountain, there are some hot springs...
so we made Great Paw Paw put his feet in to test out the waters... and boy it was hot!
We then introduced Great Paw Paw to his first Wadi. We think the drive through the mountains to get to the wadi was enough to scare him away from the Middle East (it was pretty rough)
But we made it! And of course, we never have to talk Morgan into getting into her swimsuit to play in the water! She loves it!
Then we ventured to the Big City and showed Great Paw Paw the tallest Building in the world!
Near the tallest building of the world is one of the largest malls in the gulf and we're not sure if there was a game of tug and war going on with the stroller or what? But Great Paw Paw enjoyed playing with his Great Grandson anywhere!
And in this huge mall is a 3 story aquarium and our kids love looking and pointing out all the fishes (actually Morgan loves doing that and Micah just loves banging on the glass!)
We enjoyed our time with our Great Paw Paw and are so thankful for our time with him! Thank you for visiting us! We love you Great Paw Paw and miss you already!

Can't believe his time is over already. I am so glad you got to visit. Love all the pictures. Tell R that I am sorry the Wildcats lost. I think a lot of people are... :( Sure enjoy the photos. Now back to school for ya soon..... Enjoy your mini vac.
Awesome!! It is great to see so many pics of the fam and we love that park! That is one of our favorite places there! I hope to chat with y'all and catch up soon.
It looks like yall had a lot of fun!! I love the picture of Papa and Micah where Micah has his tounge hanging out!! Also the picure of Morgan in her swimsuit! She looks precious!! Love you guys!!
