We are now 2.5 months into living in Jordan. So many adjustments, changes & newness!
For starters, there are quite a lot more "Western" kids in our new city for Morgan & Micah to play with! And with us moving here in the summer, it was such a Blessings to have playdates with new friends!
After living in "temporary housing" for the last 3 months (1 month in Dubai, 2 months in Jordan), our crate arrived with our furniture and we are fully functioning in our new home.
And to add to all of it... The kids started school! 1st time in an International School!
Morgan started 2nd Grade (did I mention that we were still living in temporary housing during the 1st 2 weeks of school?)... Yes... it was a bit nuts during those 2 weeks, trying to get the kids adjusted to school, the school bus schedule, etc. But they are both doing great!
And because "for the first time in forever"... (haha! Go ahead and sing the song, all you Frozen Fans..) :)
Randall and I get to enjoy Breakfast for 2!!!
Not everyday... but we definitely treat ourselves to a yummy breakfast (at home) & have our "date in" while the kids are at school.
And Micah started Kindergarten!!! (KG 2, they call it here)... the schools run off of a British system, so they start Kinder at age 3.5 or 4 and split it into 2 years... KG1 & KG 2. I can't believe my baby isn't a baby anymore!!! Oh! And this kid is beaming every time he gets on the school bus! (No fear, I tell ya!)
And now... this is what our weekends consist of... homework... plus lots of family time and catching up on sleep! :)
Both kids are taking Arabic as a second language... So proud of them as they are learning to write their letters, speak & read!
We are finally in the "groove" again of Life. I am hoping to get back to my blog on a consistent basis and update pics, videos and start up my 365 Project again. I reintroduced myself to my camera, dusted it off & a beautiful reunion occurred! :)

Loved your blog update. Pictures were wonderful. Glad you are settled and kids doing well. I was in Jordan many years ago. Spent the night there before tour of Israel.
