The Simple Things in Life

It's summer time in the Middle East! You know its summer when the temperature is still in the upper 90's and it's 8:00pm at night. We are enduring the heat and trying to make the most of our time outside when it's "do-able".
The other day we went outside around sunset time and let the kids play with bubbles (Thanks to Joyce!) Morgan loved it and Micah thought it was funny to try and catch them. But what you can't see from the pictures are the neighbor kids lined up in the doorway watching. Its almost as if they've never seen bubbles before, but we're pretty sure they have because we've seen little bottles of bubbles at some stores here. Anyways, once again... the "white Americans" entertain the people with their "strange hobbies"...
Morgan is growing up so fast and maturing in to a Big Girl

Micah: lost in all the bubbles!

Learning how to blow bubbles is hard... especially when all "I want to do is put the bubble blower stick in my mouth!"

By the way, these are "princess bubbles"... the best kind!
"If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands!"

Morgan was trying to show the neighbor kids "how" to blow bubbles

"Yeah! Finally got a hold of the bubble blower stick!"

After about 15 minutes of "entertaining" the neighbor kids, we then let them try to blow bubbles with us. At first they blew so hard the soap popped and there were no bubbles... but after a while they got the hang of it and enjoyed it!

Oh! The Simple things in Life!

Total enjoyment. A way to reach out to neighbors. I will always try to help you with your job. Sure do enjoy ALL the photos. Keep up the good job and try and stay cool. Think ice and snow. BRR...BRR.... Does that help?
